Brandon Shankle, MBA, CBA

Director of Human Resources and Administration

Brandon Shankle serves as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at MoreWell, where he oversees all HR operations, administrative functions, financial management, and company-wide analytics. With a passion for building efficient, people-first organizations, Brandon combines deep HR expertise with hands-on technical and analytical skills to drive operational excellence across the company.


Brandon is an expert in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate, where he designs and codes custom automation flows, email campaigns, and efficiency processes that streamline day-to-day operations. He also leads all financial oversight and business analytics, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, he contributes to marketing outreach and internal communications, bringing a builder's mindset to everything he touches.


His academic foundation is as diverse as his skill set. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice, a Master's in Business Management and Leadership, and a Master of Business Administration. He is currently completing his third graduate degree, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with a concurrent pursuit of his SHRM-CP certification. He also holds a Certificate in Business Analytics from Cornell University's Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Business Taxes.


When he's not optimizing workflows or earning his next credential, Brandon enjoys weightlifting, hiking, playing basketball and tennis, gaming, and flying his drone. He lives with his wife and two beloved pups.
