Andrew Morehead

Andrew Morehead is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in public safety and private security. As a certified Qualified Manager through the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS), he brings advanced knowledge in security management, regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and leading teams in high-pressure environments.

Andrew graduated from the Federal Law Enforcement Academy in 2012 and later attended the California Highway Patrol Academy in 2015, where he developed extensive experience in law enforcement operations, leadership, emergency response, and public safety. He currently serves as a Police Sergeant (now Reserve), background investigator, Taser instructor, and firearm instructor. Throughout his career, he has received accolades including Commander Recognition and a Life Saving Award for his professionalism, performance, and commitment to public safety.

Andrew has spent years overseeing multiple locations, leading teams, and ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. His background in law enforcement includes supervising patrol teams, responding to critical incidents, and training new personnel. This experience built a strong foundation in leadership, accountability, and doing things the right way.

In the private sector, Andrew has been responsible for day-to-day operations, client relationships, staffing, and long-term growth. He focuses on building strong teams, improving processes, and making sure clients receive consistent, high-quality service.

Andrew leads with what he calls the “Triple Cs” — Character, Competence, and Credibility. He believes strong character builds trust, competence drives performance, and credibility ensures lasting relationships.

As Chief Executive Officer, his focus is simple: run efficient operations, support his team, and deliver reliable results with integrity and professionalism.
